Double loft room in cosy Easton house

SHORT-TERM LET (LODGER)
Double loft room to rent in cosy Easton family home. To share with me and (half the week) my girls (11 & 13 yrs). We also have a cat.

This is a spacious double loft room which has a double bed base, mattress & duvet. It also has a large table, a chair, lamp and large clothes rail, and a radiator.

I am looking for lodger (1) good with children (2) clean, tidy, relaxed, easy-going, happy to be part of cleaning rota (3) not in the house all the time (especially the kitchen).

That being said, it's a friendly house which we call home and I hope you will too. Shared meals as and when are nice.

It’s in a great location near St Marks Rd, the Bristol-Bath cycle path, local train station, bus routes to town or up towards Fishponds/east Bristol. Very quiet street, a peaceful place.

The kitchen isn't huge but is nicely organised and includes washing machine. I need to use it for getting the girls’ food ready in the morning and early evening 3 days a week, so you’d need to work around that, but you'll have your own fridge and cupboard space. You can also use any utensils and so on.

The bathroom is nice & spacious with shower & bath, all functioning fine.
