Double room available 1st May in family home (£650 per month including bills). I am a single parent with two teenage boys and 1 other lodger. I work in mental health and enjoy callisthenics and cooking in my spare time. I have to stress this is not a house share but a room let with shared use of the kitchen, bathroom and garden. Often this situation suits those who are independent and prefer not to have the pressure to socialise in a house share. I prefer tenants who go out to work. I would also be happy to take a shorter term let. Pets considered.
