Lodger for friendly family home

Seeking a lodger to share with myself, my toddler and our kitten.

The house is spacious and homely, all mod cons and fast broadband. The room is currently furnished with double bed, desk and chair , chest of drawers and clothes rail.

Good transport links to city centre and UWE and m32. close to large green spaces of the lovely Greenbank cemetery and wildlife filled Eastville park . Plenty of on street parking. Close to the vabraint Easton area with lots of quirky pubs and cafes.

Looking for someone who works, ideally full time , who has with own life but up for chatting and the odd glass wine in evening.

Must like children and animals and enjoy the friendly chaos which comes with them.

Includes a fortnightly cleaner.

May be able be flexible on price for part time lodger.
