Unfurnished room in Eastville

Hello looking for 3rd housemate in 3 bed unfurnished house in Eastville, near big tescos, St Werburghs and Eastville park. Rent is £430 excluding bills. There are agency fees and you also need to have a permanent job contract or have tax forms to demonstrate your income to estate agent. Looking for someone able to do a viewing ASAP and looking to move in soon.
I am Gaby, I have a small border terrier dog, work for a charity farm in Stapleton, really enjoy yoga/ board games/ chilling in the garden and would like to get into growing food.
Adam is a landscape gardener and is into all sorts of outdoorsy things, making stuff out of wood and also making sourdough bread.
We are both into cooking and would enjoy sharing meals with eachother from time to time. Both up for veggie cooking but not strict on no meat/fish. We're looking for a third person up for becoming mates and making the house a nice tidy homey place.
