Room Available in 2 bed house with 24 year old

Looking for someone to move in to the two bed house I currently live in as my housemate has moved home and I love the house so would rather not move out! I’m 24 years old, a musician and a business owner.. Also love going to the pub and going to gigs/playing gigs. I love running and boxing classes, but I also love food! I have a super cute french bulldog puppy named Phil. He’s super easy to live with and perfectly trained. He does like cuddles and can do cool tricks like high fives. The house is lush, like 10 mins to town, free parking, a garage, a garden, a large lounge and the bedrooms are good sized.
