Description

Hi, I'm Sam (live in Landlady she/her 35), and I am advertising a bright and airy double room within my
VIctorian terrace which I have spent the past 30 months renovating.

There are currently 3 of us living in our home, myself and Claire (35 she/her) and Izzy (30 she/her). We share our home with Otis (Izzys Very relaxed and well behaved small spaniel dog).
We are all professionals working in and out of Bristol.

We are all creatives, and spend time cooking, socialising, hiking, gardening, writing, travelling, crafting, festivals, and well being.

Although we do lead busy lives we do try to socialise, cook together, have a chat whilst sitting infront of the fire, watch the occasional film together when we can.

We have certainly created a lovely, homely relaxed environment, and are looking for someone who also wants to add to a relaxed home environment, who is conscious, self aware with good communication and respectful of shared spaces and living.
We are more of a relaxed oasis away from the city rather than party house atmosphere.

Shared spaces
The property has been tastefully decorated with period features and has a fully equipped, open plan kitchen and dining space leading into a cosy lounge including a woodburner.
We have a small downstairs loo and a good sized utility.
We have a good size garden which is currently under remodelling and will be ready for the summer.

The room
The room is a recently rennovated double with 2 large sash windows.
beautiful wooden floorboards.
The room is finished with a large mirrored wardrobe with internal drawers and a clothes rail.
And a double bed with a comfortable mattress.
This room is located on the second floor, and shares one tastefully decorated bathroom, with 1 other housemate.
It is a good size double, but hard to take good pictures! For more info I can send a video.

Location
We are situated behind Eastville Park in a quiet cul de sac, on a street with a lovely community.
Although we have a bus stop 5 mins walk which serves the city and surrounding areas, we are very lucky to have so much greenery on our doorstop and a quiet location.

Rent is £500 pcm
Set bills £90pcm (for council tax, broadband and shared cleaning products subject to inflation in april)

All additional monthly bills are shared between all tenants (gas, electricity, water)

The front garden has lockable bike shed storage.

Contract is a 6 month rolling contract
With 1 months deposit and references.
