Single Room, Emersons Green

Quiet location, ideal for professional working close to Emersons or UWE students as it's very close to a Metrobus stop. I do have a dog and a few other pets but we are both quiet. If you like loud music , parties and drinking... then this probably isnt the house for you. Perfect for someone who after a long day of work just wants to chill. I work mostly night shifts so you'll be alone most nights with the dog for company.
The room is spacious and has a set of drawers and a wardrobe. It has a single bed but will fit a small double if you have your own.
I've put females only because I've always lived with guys and just fancied a change.
