We are looking for a tidy, dog-loving professional to join our friendly modern three-floor townhouse (2 years old) located in Lyde Green (Emersons Green, Bristol). The room have the following:

- Double wardrobes

- Space for desk and chair

- Brand new house with all the mod cons finished to a high spec (dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer).
- Professional cleaning of all areas fortnightly.
- Lots of street parking and the option of 1 off-road space
- Large south facing garden with patio area, which we often use for BBQs
- 2 mins walk from the metro bus stop offering 20 mins bus rides into the city centre, easy access to the M32, M4, M5 & M6 and a cycle path close by.
- 4 mins walk from David Lloyd Leisure Centre / Mega Gym
- We have a large TV with PS4, Sky Go, BT Sports, Amazon and Netflix (for movie nights).

We are a young house who work full time as an Accountant, Engineer and Police Officer. We are easy going and like to treat our house as a calm home with a social aspect to our weekends. Ideally, you will spend more time in communal areas than in your bedroom. We also have a fur baby cavapoo (non-shedding coat) called Louie, who will quickly become your favourite housemate. He does not have access to the top floor or bedrooms.
