Hi, we have a great place with great views that is spacious, clean, modern, relaxed and very friendly. It is ideal for someone who is looking for a really nice place to relax and unwind and feel "at home".

Rent includes all bills, wireless broadband; washing machine; and parking.

This is a great home that is clean, quiet and relaxing. It's in a superb location surrounded by lots of green areas, Frenchay Hospital, MOD, M4/M5, Parkway station, UWE, AXA, BAE, Sainsburys are close by, yet we are still only 15/20 mins from the city centre.

We are two professionals; friendly, jovial, energetic and busy, who are often travelling, socialising outside home or simply chilling at the house.

Tesco and buses to the centre are 5 mins walk. Only 5 minute drive to M32/M4/M5. Right on the Bristol to Bath cycle path (25mins to Bristol, 30mins to Bath) and has lovely countryside walks on the doorstep.
