I have a Double room for rent in a shared house.

The room is furnished with a double bed, 2 bedside tables, mirror, 1 wardrobe, set of drawers, desk and chair.

In the house there is a shared living room which has a tv with virgin media, a shared kitchen with 2 large fridges, washing machine and dryer. There is a shared bathroom.

You will be sharing the house with 4 other housemates with a mix of student and professional.

The house is located close to shops, restaurants and take aways and with a 1 minute walk to the bus stop it has easy access to uwe and Bristol city centre.

The room is £500 including all bills for single occupation. It is open to couples at £600 including all bills.

The cats that can be seen in the photos are no longer living in the property.
