Small Double Room available in Charlton Hayes

Hi! We are two girls aged 25 and 27 who are looking for someone to move into our third bedroom to replace our existing housemate who is moving out.

We are both working full time and ideally looking for someone doing the same. Aside from working we enjoy spending our time watching Netflix, listening to music and keeping fit. We enjoy spending time together as housemates but also appreciate our own space as well.

Our house is a 3 bedroom townhouse situated in Charlton Hayes which is a good location within walking distance of Cribbs Causeway and good bus routes to the centre. It is also an ideal location for someone working in Aztec West (5-10 minute drive).

We have attached photos of the bedroom, kitchen & living room. We also have a dining area, garden, garage and designated parking space although road parking is never an issue. You would be sharing the main bathroom with one other housemate as one bedroom has an en-suite.

The house is furnished but the bedroom will be unfurnished so you will need to bring your own furniture.

Bills are not included but come to roughly £120 a month each (council tax, gas, electric, internet and water).
