I have a spare single room (can fit a double bed at a push) available for a lodger/house mate.

Walking distance to MOD, Airbus, Rolls Royce, Filton Abbeywood Trainstation, and excellent links to Aztec West.

Of road parking is available as well as ample street parking (no restrictions).

All utilities included which includes Broadband/wifi. I have a cleaner come once a week to clean the shared areas.

Lodger/house mate has open use of all shared areas (Kitchens, bathrooms, garden).

The worlds cutest doggo resides here and there are rabbits on the property. So you will have to be ok with that.

Will consider small caged pets (Rats, Hamsters etc). However, this is subject to discussion and may affect the deposit.

Room is available on a rolling monthly basis, with 1 month notice required for checking out. Minimum 3 months stay.

£450pcm with a £200 deposit (returnable on check out).
