Double bedroom for 1 female :)

Hi, ( im not landlord, im one of housemates living in the house so please dont be scared to message me just because you might not want to share house with landlord, because i also wouldnt😃)we are looking currently for one female to share house with us as one of current housemates is moving out this month( room is available from 1st of may 2021), in room is: bed, cupboard, wardrobe, lamp, small table, each person is allowed to bring almost anything what they like into room(no pets), wifi is working, in living room is tv with access to youtube and other things for everyone, plenty of space, washing machine an tumble dryer is working, in back garden is space to put your motorbike( if you have one) and your plants, smoking is allowed only outside( lets keep house clean, tidy and nice), in kitchen is a lot of space, in general we have nice tidy house. Neighbours are okay, despite having bus stop just outside our house(20 metres away)- suprisingly is no problems with noise. We live in shared house where people know each other and help, everyone have privacy as well as we do things together somethimes( beer or eating food together). House is located near( 20min walk,8min drive) southmead hospital and 10 min away by walk from filton abbey wood train station, asda, mc donald and other shops,10min from UWE. buses-70,71,73, 10min from motorway, post office and nearest shops(chippy, spar)- 2min by walk. if you would like to know more and you are interested in our ad please send me a message😇
