Available on a Short term, flexible, weekly let, we have a double in this lovely shared house in Southmead.

The house has a large fully equipped kitchen, with dining space, plenty of fridge freezer and storage space, as well as a utility area with washer and dryer. There are two shower rooms and a separate, cosy shared lounge over looking the garden area, which is a suntrap in the summer months.

This comfortable double bedroom is fully furnished, including desk space for anyone working from home. Bedding is provided and changed regularly, along with essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar, laundry powder, toilet roll and hand soap, which is all supplied free of charge throughout the duration of your stay. All bills are included in the weekly price, including fast wifi.

You will be welcomed at the house by our house manager, who visits on a daily basis to keep the property clean and tidy and ensures that the house runs smoothly. The existing sharers are all working professionals and are also equally as friendly and welcoming.

This house is located right next to Southmead Hospital and is also close to Airbus, and the local shops, cafes and restaurants that Gloucester Road and Southmead road have to offer. There is very limited on street parking available, however it is on a good bus route to the city centre, Cribbs causeway, Clifton and Avonmouth.
