We have a double room and a double ensuite (available from 28th Apr to 5th May only) available on a Short term, flexible, weekly let .This large shared property is located close to local business such as Airbus, royal mail and MOD as well as UWE. £215/£240 week bills included.

• There are two kitchens, both with dining areas, loads of cupboard space, 5 fridge freezers, 2 washing machines and 2 driers.
• Fast wifi throughout, with extension routers on each floor to ensure you are receiving a good connection.
• Live in House Manager who cleans daily keeping the house to a high standard.
• Essentials supplied free of charge throughout your stay such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, Laundry powder, bedding and toilet roll.
• PLEASE NOTE THIS HOUSE HAS A CAT.
• Minimum 1 week booking. Can stay for as long as you like
• £60 reservation fee to be paid upfront, remaining amount taken on arrival.
• Rent payment is every 4 weeks. Pay weekly accepted (£10 surcharge).
