This is a large attic conversion bedroom on the top floor, with a shower and includes a double bed with built in wardrobe with storage, bedside table and lamp. It includes street parking outside the house on a quiet road.

The house contains a spacious communal fully equipped kitchen/ lounge/ diner with a large oak table and 6 chairs plus sofas and coffee tables and lamps. There is a covered outside area leading to the lawned garden. The kitchen, includes a double oven, range hob, microwave and fridge freezer.
