I am looking for a suitable candidate(Female )to rent out a double bed room . It is a 4 bed house,2 large toilets and bathrooms. The modern bathroom in PICTURE is next to the room advertised used by occupants in the room.
You will be sharing house with 2 professionals and 2 kids (1 year and 6 years old).
The room adverted in in the ground floor and has toilet/ bathroom next to it for occupant, normally not used by us.
My house is located in central filton, 20 mins walking distance to UWE, 10/20 mins walking distances to all blue chip companies like Airbus, Rolls Royce, MOD ,Filton collage more further Aztec west. Shopping centers ASDA, Sainsbury's, Lidl , farmfood in walking distance.
Bills are inclusive., No smoking, No Pets. We prefer not to bring in/cook Beef in the House. House is clean and tidy . For security front and back are CCTV monitored. Looking for single person only.
