Clean house, so looking for people who are house trained, take pride where they live and are not afraid to clean after themselves and keep the communal areas clean, and also are well organised to sort rubbish into recycling , as required by the Council on daily basis and put them out when required.

The house is very close to Frenchay campus, about 15 min walk; close to Supermarket/local shops/businesses/pub.
