Single Room in Patchway

I have a single furnished bedroom available in my semi detached house close to Cribbs and Aztec West. The room contains a single bed with storage drawers beneath, built in wardrobe/cupboard, oak chest of drawers and bedside table with lamp.

The house is situated in a quiet location overlooking Gorse Covert which is very close to Cribbs Causeway and a short drive to Filton and Abbeywood, etc. Aztec West is a short walk. Good public transport facilities with M4/M5 and A38 all close by.

Monday to Friday only.

There is street parking, garage to store a bicycle, broadband, washing machine etc. All bills included.

I have an elderly dog who is quiet and friendly.

There is another full time lodger also living in the house.
