The house is about 20 minutes' walk from both Southmead Hospital and Bristol Parkway railway station, and 5 minutes' walk from Filton Abbey Wood railway station. Good bus links into town, and easy access to the motorway.

Rent for the house is £1050pcm, excluding bills, deposit is £1050. A non-refundable Deposit Protection Scheme administration fee of £25 will apply.
