Room for rent at Reynolds court (double room), this is a new building just off Filton avenue. The 2 bedroom flat is maintain by the flat owners and cleaned every week. I am looking for a clean **tidy individual** who enjoys living in a quiet environment. 2 minutes’ walk to the bus stop. There are 3 buses that goes to UWE. The journey takes about 7-10 minutes. 3 buses that goes to town. The journey takes about 20 minutes. There is also the 73 that goes to cribs causeway or city centre and 75/76 just up the road. The room is £450 a month. Bills usually come up to 30-50 pounds a month. There is a free parking space. Room is available for 2 months, From 1 August 2019 until 1 of October 2019.
