There is a shed available in the garden for all tenants, which will store any bikes & outdoor sport equipment.

There is off road parking for 3 cars on a first come first serve basis. Otherwise, surrounding streets provide on street parking.

The kitchen has a large fridge & two freezers allowing every tenant their own shelf in the fridge & freezer.

In order to secure this room you will be required to pay £115 (equivalent to one weeks rent), which will be deducted from the first month's rent.
