The room is fully furnished and has a new double bed, new mattress and new flooring. It is available to view next week and move in anytime after that. The whole house has recently been painted and has new flooring throughout.

All bills are included except gas and electrics which are approximately £20 a month. There is high speed unlimited broadband included also. There are no agent or referencing fees.

The house mates are all very friendly and tidy. There is a bus stop very close and also Filton Abbeywood train station about a 7 minute walk away. The house is on a cul-de-sac so is very quiet too.
