Looking For Female Housemate

I’m a 30 year old female professional, I am renting / looking after this flat for a friend whose going away for a least a year, it’s a maisonette which makes it a little more private for you, the flat comes completely furnished with my furniture ( not pictured ) and the bedroom for let can come furnished or unfurnished - whatever you require

Price includes all bills including sky and WiFi, I have the highest package. I’m out Tuesday - Saturday from early morning until late evening and I don’t spend a lot of time in the kitchen

I do have a pet chihuahua , she is very friendly and comes with me to work most days

I like my own space but would also like a flat mate who occasionally doesn’t mind a glass of wine and a natter together. I’m very friendly and sociable
