Double room for rent - Potentially Short Term

Hello,

I'm looking for a professional or post grad to rent my spare double room. The bedroom comes with a king size bed and 2 wardrobes (one built in). Potentially a short term renter, but undecided as of yet.

My house is newly decorated and tidy with a new kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Looking for a tidy and quite housemate.

Close to Oldbury court estate. Morrisons, Aldi and Lidl supermarkets are all within walking distance.

Deposit at £400. All bills inclusive (depending on consumption), this includes council tax, water, electric, WiFi.

Room £450 pcm

Sorry no smoking, couples or pets. I do own a cat, but she pleases herself.
