Furnished double room available in friendly house

We have a furnished double room available in a 4 bed house, available from the 1st July. The current housemates are two women aged 31 and 34, a nurse and an advice worker. Another lovely lady will be joining us on 1st July, who works as a support worker and teacher. This a chilled, friendly environment, not a party house as we work long hours and value a peaceful space to relax in. We like to socialise when we're around at the same time but also enjoy our own space and down time. Our hobbies include being outdoors in nature, reading, travel and being active. We're both veggie. In the past there's been a balance of males and females in the house so we're looking for either. Good communication and participation in house decisions and keeping the house clean is important us, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable with house shares.

The house has a spacious kitchen, adjoined lounge and one bathroom. There's also a garden with bike storage. The available room is on the first floor at the back of the house, with a window onto the garden.

We rent through a private landlord and have a good relationship with him, so no agency fees. He does his own referencing checks on prospective tenants. You would be signing on for a 12 month contract.

The rent is £367 per month, excluding bills. Altogether it comes to approx £450 per month.
