Double bedroom in a great flat - Fishponds

I'm looking for a friendly lodger to share my flat in Fishponds.

I recently bought the place, which is located in a decent area with a good local pub, shops, restaurants and green spaces within a few minutes walk.

There are regular buses into town from outside the front door and you can jump on the Bristol-Bath cycle path after a few minutes ride.

The flat was converted from a Victorian terrace about ten years ago. It's a good size with an open plan kitchen/living area and garden out the back. The bedroom comes furnished with a chest of drawers, wardrobe, bed, mattress and desk. There's also a wet room bathroom with a pretty badass shower (no bath but the shower makes up for it).

I'm easy going and enjoy getting outdoors, music, biking, travel, climbing, festivals etc. Looking for someone who's easy to get on with and keeps the place clean and tidy. Naturally I'm up for hanging out but also appreciate people need their space. Also I don't eat meat - I don't mind if you do, but maybe not everyday?

Ideally I'm looking for someone who can commit to at least a few months, but flexible if the right person comes along. Couples may be welcome (rent would be 685 + some bills). Rent for single occupancy is £525 + some bills.
