Spare Room in Spacious 2 Bed Flat

I currently rent a 2 bedroom flat just outside fishponds. I am looking for someone to rent the spare room. There is a spacious shared living room with a large sofa and 2 beanbags, along with a modern kitchen, use of a share fridge\freezer and washer\dryer. The bathroom is also shared, there is a shared bathroom, with a shower and bathtub.

What to expect living with me? I'm quite a fun, outgoing person - fairly friendly and chatty. I study maths at university so I'm not home that often, however, I do manage to keep the flat fairly clean and respect the communal spaces. I enjoy video games, board games, movie nights, etc.

Included also is a parking space if you do drive. In order to rent this spare room, you will have to go through a reference check with my letting agency and be put on the lease, expiring June 2020.
