I’m looking to tent out my spare double room in my brand new apartment.
The apartment is off Channon’s Hill, really close to Aldi, Morrison’s and Xercise4less. There is a bus station right outside and across fishponds road (literally 2 min walk) is the bus stop for the 48 and 49 which goes directly into the city centre every 10 mins so perfect location.
There is no parking but parking can be found within walking distance.
When I say brand new... I mean it’s only a few weeks old! So everything is shiny new and clean ... and I’d like to keep it like that way :)!
The room can come furnished or unfurnished based on your needs.
Open to Mon to Fri at reduced cost.
