Really nice room available in a two bed flatshare. The property has a large shared living room and good sized separate kitchen. There is a bathroom with shower over and an additional loo with basin. It has a private patio area looking onto a sunny garden space. This is atwo storey annexe flat beside a larger semi detached property. The landlady does not live in and the current flatmate is male aged 28 years. He is a friendly sociable person, runs a mobile cocktail bar business and works at other times as a carpenter/general tradesman. He is a keen gamer and wather of films.
There are good bus routes into town and access to the cycle track. Fishponds has great cafes and pubs.
