Previous tenant has left due to short notice permanent tenancy termination so I want to have it let ASAP, therefore rent will not be increased. This will be perfect for someone moving to Bristol or someone struggling to find somewhere, and needs a quick cheaper pit stop before finding the forever home!

The location is within a 20 minute public travel route from Glenside campus and a 30 minute route to Frenchay. Despite being on a quiet 'no through road', Fishponds road and local shops are also very close by.

The house itself is large and consists of 4 bedrooms with their own locks, a large shared living room and large rear garden. You will be sharing with 3 friendly guys.

The room contains a queen double bed (less than 1 year old), bookshelf, warbrobe and desk.

Although there is a holding deposit of £55, there is no reference fee or agent fees, just rent and a 4 week security deposit.

As demand is high there will likely be multiple offers. There won't be a financial bidding war, though the current housemates will make the final decision if there are multiple offers over a 48 hour period.

Please note unless rent for the whole duration is paid upfront, a previous landlord reference is required.
