THE ROOM:
Good size, first-floor room, available in the big house. The room comes with a Double bed, triple door wardrobe, standard desk and chair.

Upper Eastville, near Eastville Park. On many Fishponds Road transport routes to city centre (12 minutes to Cabot Circus) and up out to Fishponds. Also immediate car access to M32.
Next to Eastville Park for those liking green parks, sports areas or staged concerts.
7 minutes down to Eastville/M32 shopping centre (Tescos, Ikea, numerous other outlets and fast food), 7 minutes up to Fishponds Lidl, Aldi, and numerous other outlets. 4 minutes to nearest convenience store, post office, bank machine and take-aways. Parking kerbside or in adjacent road (20-30 metres) always possible.
