ABOUT US:
The housemates, Vince (me), Sam, and Liam are 27-29 year old guys who work 9-5 mon-fri. We love the pub, the gym, hiking, gaming and just chatting in general. We’d love someone who’s up for a laugh, clean and tidy like we are, and basically wants to become mates!
ABOUT THE HOUSE:
Big selling points are the beautiful garden equipped with gas BBQ for summer (courtesy of Liam), spacious rooms.
It’s located in a very convenient place to get into central Bristol, regular bus routes stop virtually outside the front door, the cycle track is 2 minutes cycle away and is a straight line into town, great for commuting (takes me about 10-15 mins depending how fast I go).
I’m actually the owner of the house, so no letting agent fees, if any problems that crop up with the property I obviously live here myself so they’ll be fixed rapidly, and I’m just not interested in charging extortionate rents and doing immoral things to extract every penny like I’ve experienced landlords doing to me.
ABOUT THE ROOM:
It’s 3.33m x 2.22m, there is ample space for a double bed, a wardrobe, and a desk with an office chair for working, it has a nice view out of the back into the garden and is away from the road so it’s very quiet (my room is also on the same side of the house and cars never wake me up).
If you need more storage, there is a big airing cupboard we aren’t doing much with, so you can definitely put stuff in there (within reason as we also use it), or up in the roof.
