We're Bede, Piers and Jack and we're looking for someone to join us in a flat in Fishponds. The room is an unfurnished large double with a built in wardrobe and an en suite. Rent is £562.50pcm with no included bills and the council tax band B (Council tax ~ £40pcm).

We are a house of young professionals (23-24) who are working in Bristol and have lived together in the city for the past year. We are a sociable and relaxed household who enjoy nights in as much as nights out. We also enjoy keeping active, whether that's running, cycling, climbing and we are all always open to trying out new activities. We are all in hybrid working roles and spend some time in office and some working from home.

The flat is modern and carpet-fit and is on the top floor of a large college building and feels bright and homely, all the rooms come as en suites and are all extremely similar in size and features.
