Myself and my sister (who lives abroad) own the house and my partner lives here too with our lovely 19 month old baby. The house is on a quiet no through road and backs on to the park so it's very peaceful. However the centre of town is only a 15-30 minute bus ride away and is also connected by the nearby cycle path.
