Lovely double room in Fishponds

Hi, i'm Dave.

I have a lovely double room available from 1st February 2016, in my house in Fishponds, Bristol (im a live-in landlord, apparently)

It comes furnished (bed, wardrobe, drawers etc).

Speedy unlimited broadband (wifi), shared living room (its just with me!) which has virgin TV, with many many HD channels...people say they cant see the difference....I say *facepalm*

There is a nice back garden and parking on the road out front never seems to be a problem and is free. I am also close to the Bristol-Bath cycle path which runs directly into the city centre. There is a little Tesco Express about 30 seconds away, which is useful for picking up anything you've forgotten!

I'm looking for a nice professional male or female to take the room. Pretty chilled, but up for a beverage in the eve with a film or maybe at the pub!

I'm a press photographer by trade, so am always out and about covering the latest news for the national papers, a fun job, but does mean my hours can be random sometimes :)
