The house has a top of the range fire alarm which I hope is never used but still gives you the peace of mind you need.

Within 2 minutes you are in Fishponds, a thriving area of shops and pubs. Buses to Bristol on your doorstep.

The ring road leading to the motorway, Filton, Kingswood etc is 5 minutes’ drive away.

In short this house ticks all boxes.

All rooms are double, but for single occupancy.

No smoking (in the house) and no pets.

Because of the standard of this house I require a guarantor who is a UK homeowner.

There is no deposit, but I do ask for £125 fee, refundable once moved in or if I cannot rent you the room for any reason, perhaps due to tenancy checks. However, if you decide that you do not want to move in after paying the fee, it is non refundable . If this house is anything like my other ones, please bring the fee with you when you come, I had to let so many people down in the past. The £125 guarantees your room.
