We are looking for a considerate, easy going full time professional or student to rent a room in our home. The room is large, furnished, light and airy.

The house is on a quiet street, close to Thingwall Park allotments, Frome River Valley and Eastville Park. It has excellent access to major bus routes, the cycle path, local amenities and on street parking. The rent is inclusive of all bills, TV and internet. One month’s deposit is required.

We are a sociable and creative couple with a young family.
