3rd Person required for House Share

We are 2 women who have just found a lovely 3 bedroom house.. with a lovely Garden ..newly decorated with new carpets, washing machine, dishwasher etc..
We are looking for professional 3rd person to share with us.. due to the other person having to relocate..
The house is Just off Lodge Causeway.
The house is very bright and clean.
Extra room for storage too.
Bus stop into town just a minute away.(No:6) runs every 20 mins

We are not party animals.. we like the quiet life !!

There is a one off reference fee of £150.

This is a Long term rental.. minimum contract 12 months.

Rent £340.. Double room
All bills shared between the 3 of us.
