The bathroom has had a new toilet, sink and shower installed in January 2019. The shower is over the bath.

The house is located in a quiet road just off of Park Road.

The house is in a very well connected location.

M32 junctions 1 and 2 are both a 5 minute drive, so connection into Bristol and onto the M4 and M5 is easy.

Located 5 minutes walk from a number of convenience stores and a local farm shop for fresh produce. Cabot Circus, Tesco, Morrisons, Aldi, Asda, Sainsburys and Ikea all within a 10 minute drive.

There are a number of major bus routes close by. The quickest route into Bristol City Centre is the Y4, with bus stop a 2 minute walk and then only 10 minute bus journey to Cabot Circus, or 12 minute bus journey to the Bus Station. Other buses include: 5 and 48A; and the Metro link for the M1 and M3 is 15 minutes walk away. Bristol Parkway train station is a 10 minute drive away.

An uber to/from the city centre is £7-12 depending on time of day.

For a slice of green space, it is a 5 minute walk away from Snuff Mills (part of the Oldbury Court) which has the 18 mile Frome Valley Walkway alongside the River Frome, and the Stoke Park estate, ideal for walkers, runners and nature lovers.

Ideally placed for anyone at the MOD, UWE, Airbus, Aviva, Rolls Royce, or the Science park, or those working in the city centre who want a relaxing spacious home at the end of the day.
