This is an advert for a double bedroom in a 4 bed house. We are a couple looking to rent out 1 room.

We are looking for a clean and tidy house mate who is a professional. We are both shift workers so would like someone who is quiet.

The room comes with a double bed and a wardrobe. The main bathroom would be yours for the majority of the time as we have an en-suite.

We have a large kitchen dining area that leads onto a decent size garden / patio area.

There is a garage that we use for storage which you are more than welcome to store a bicycle in.

- 10 minute walk to MOD
- 5 minute drive to AirBus and Rolls Royce
- 1 minute walk from MetroBus, 10 minute bus ride into the centre
- 5 minute drive from Abbeywood retail park

We have a dog who is very friendly and well trained. He is not allowed upstairs in the house.
