Myself and my flat mate are offering a large, furnished (bed, desk, shelving, wardrobe, cupboards, sink in bedroom) double bedroom in our flat.

It is located in quiet, picturesque Frenchay, less than 10 minutes from central Bristol (when there's no traffic!) and right next door to Frenchay Hospital.

Communal parking and gardens.

The flat itself has a shared living room, kitchen/dining room, shower, toilet and another spare room which we use for storage.

The flat has broadband, electric heating (although the flat is naturally warm) and washing machine.

I am a full-time support worker and my flat mate is a law student and working in retail. We both love a good night out and a quiet night in watching the telly. We think of ourselves as good housemates who would respect someone's space and privacy and be equally as welcoming if you wanted to socialise with us!
