Short-term let of double room in Frenchay/UWE area

We have 2 rooms (a large double bedroom with a king size bed and a study/office/TV room next to it with sole use included in the rent) in a modern 3 storey townhouse in Stoke Park, a few minutes walk from UWE. The rooms are fully furnished and there is a private bathroom located just beside the bedroom. Our house is next to bus routes for the City centre (Metrobus), Cribbs Causeway, Emerson's Green, Bradley Stoke and Bath. The house has a courtyard garden, fast fibre broadband connection and Sky Q/Netflix TV. We are a friendly, relaxed professional couple with many years experience of sharing our home.
