2 rooms available on UWE campus!

Hello. Me and my flatmate are moving out this summer from our current student flat. As such, we need to find other students to take over our tenancy contract. NOTE: this is an offer only to existing UWE students. Our tenancy contract ends on July 5th 2015 so we can only offer you to stay until that date. However, if you wish to extend your stay you may ask the Uni for an extension.

We are offering 2 rooms to let in our Wallscourt House based on Frenchay Campus. There's a lovely double bed in each room and shared toilet (between two people). This is a 12 persons flat but currently only being occupied by 4 tenants at the moment. There are no other students moving in during this time so you will have access to the huge kitchen and dining area all to yourselves! There are 3 large refrigerators and freezers, 3 stoves and ovens and 2 microwaves available for use. There is also a weekly cleaning service provided by the Uni. All bills inclusive.
