Housemates wanted.

We are looking for a lodger for the last available room: The house is a three bed over three levels with lounge, kitchen/dining, three toilets, a bathroom with shower. We have a cool garden that we are only beginning to enjoy now that the weather is better plus we are next to woodland and great cycle paths most of which are through parks into the city centre.

Location wise, it is behind UWE Frenchay campus Bristol and the MOD is down the road. It's convenient for the M4/M5/M32 and buses. Filton Abbey Wood train station is about a 18 min walk and the Megabus stops down the road and so is the M32 express bus to the centre takes 15-25 min depending on traffic.

Included in the price is broadband (not phone calls) and all other bills (gas, water, electric, broadband, council tax). The room is a very large double and comes furnished with 3dr wardrobe, desk & chair, 32" tv/dvd combi, double bed, bookcase and drawers. We also have amazon prime tv. There is street parking available and additional off street if no spaces is available when needed.

We are looking for someone who is either a professional or a post graduate student, friendly, tidy and considerate and if you like exploring Bristol, that's no bad thing! Currently we have one lodger he works as an engineer, I'm a graphic designer and the live in landlord, my longterm girlfriend is away studying her Masters in Oxford until May 2017 and is currently on work experience abroad for most of the summer.

One months rent as a deposit is required to secure room and is held as security for furnishings - repaid upon final move out date, (non refundable - if you have a change of heart before moving in). The first month rent to be paid before move in date.
