I am looking for a Monday - Friday Lodger, I have had several Monday - Friday lodger in the past so I understand that they can to be for a short period of time and only ask for one full month notice on leaving.
My apartment is just 3 years old and is my first home, I take pride in cleanliness and would expect you to be the same.
You will have your own bathroom just opposite the bedroom with shower and bath facilities. The bedroom is fully furnished with your own TV and broadband.
The apartment is in the new housing development known as Cheswick and is situated just behind the MOD and UWE (just of the M32). Filton Abbey Wood train station is only a 10 minuet walk away and bus stop are just down the road.
There are good cycle paths and is very easy to get into the city centre and Aztec West.
