Looking for someone to get a flat in Frenchay

I'm thinking of getting a flat in Frenchay and I'm looking for someone to get the flat with me. The flat is unfurnished but comes with built-in wardrobes in both double bedrooms. Also, would need to pay half each of deposit which would be £526, agency fees which would be £195 and a months rent which would be £380. I'm looking for someone who would not just be a flatmate but who would become a good friend.
