Double Room Available for Young Professional

Hi!

We are looking for a friendly young professional to fill a double bedroom in a lovely, newly renovated 6 bedroom house.

There are 5 of us - 3 girls and 2 guys, aged between 23 and 28. We work in a range of jobs - finance officer, engineer, scaffolder and postgrad student. As they're all 9-5 mon-fri, we tend to be around evenings and weekends.

Our interests include baking, barbecuing, pub quizzing, the gym, going for drinks and generally exploring what Bristol has to offer.


The room is furnished with bed, wardrobe & chest of drawers. The house is newly decorated, with 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room and a large kitchen (with 2 fridge/freezers, dishwasher, gas hobs and washing machine). There is a good size garden with garage for bikes etc. and there's a driveway for 2 cars (we have no problem with parking on our street).

Bus stops are 2 mins away with links to the centre (10 mins), Bristol Parkway, MoD, Airbus and UWE to name a few. We have a mini supermarket, post office, pharmacy and a couple of restaurants a minutes walk away.

The £390 rent includes all bills (electricity, water, council tax, Virgin TV and broadband).
