A spacious double bedroom in a brand new house on the Scholars Chase development near to the UWE Frenchay campus with great commuter links to the M32, M4 and M5, and great bus routes into the city centre. You'd be sharing the house with my girlfriend and I and our 2 cats. I work in the city centre and my girlfriend works as an early years teacher. We're both clean, tidy and friendly and are looking for a housemate who is similarly inclined.

As the house is brand new it comes with all the mod cons (superfast fibre broadband, integrated dishwasher and white goods) and the kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking equipment, cutlery and crockery for you to use, but if you have your own stuff that also isn't an issue. You'd have access to the large family bathroom with powerful shower over the bath.

We also have a garage if you need to store any stuff and there is ample parking on the driveway and road.
