Hi, the furnished double room is in a quiet green belt area in Hambrook. It is available now and although Mon - Fri is preferred 7 days a week will also be considered for a non smoking professional.
It is not a house share but there is shared use of the kitchen and the bathroom with a bath and shower. There is also use of down stairs toilet and wash room.
The house has wifi and it is situated close to the MOD, Filton, Downend, M32, M5, M4, Emerson's green Science park, Hitachi railway and close to the Avon ring road and parkway train station. Parking is nearby and there are bus routes within 10 minutes walk away and it is along the cycle track with a shed to store bikes. There are local shops, post office, garage and newsagents about 5 minutes drive away and lovely walks along the river.
There is presently one male and one female living at the property and short term or long term lets are considered.
